State of Berlin Evaluators Panel
Gutachterausschuss für Grundstückswerte in Berlin (GAA) (Real Estate Evaluator's Panel of the State of Berlin) is a panel whose members are appointed by law.
Following tasks are assigned to GAA: conduction of purchase pricing lists; preparation of property expert opinion Determination of indicative land value; preparation and publication of the property market report in Berlin; derivation and disclosure of data required for property valuation; furnish information.
Our CEO Peer Mock-Stümer is a honorary Member of the GAA.
