Bidding Process
All of the properties for which a bidding process is opened are mostly advertised in newspapers and on the internet for a minimum of two months. The bidding process is unconditional, with the highest bid and the bidder’s credit-worthiness as the decisive criteria. The only specifications regarding use are those imposed by statutory requirements which apply to all potential buyers. Utilisation concepts are not included in the selection criteria.
The property’s value is determined by the market. The bidding process is not an auction. An auction obligates the seller, to accept the highest bid, even if it is extremly low. The seller, who runs an bidding process is free to accept the tender to the highest bidder.
